MOCAdmin user can add a new DC, modify an existing DC or search for DC(s) using this feature.

1.1.1.      Add DC -

MOCAdmin user fills in following information for adding new DC (office). The table gives a field level description for Add DC screen.

DCAdmin user can add a new SEZ, modify an existing SEZ or search for SEZ(s) using this feature.

1.2.1.     Add SEZ          -

DCAdmin user fills in following information for adding new SEZ (zone). The table gives a field level description for Add SEZ screen.

SEZ Code

Unique code assigned to the SEZ by DCAdmin. System will not allow creation of SEZ(s) with same SEZ codes.

 

SEZ Name

Name of SEZ. SEZ name will also be unique. System will not allow creation of SEZ(s) with same names.

 

SEZ Port Code

This field is the Port Code of the SEZ, which accepts only alphabets and numbers with a maximum length allowed up to 10 characters.

 

DC

DC Office under which the SEZ would fall.

DCAdmin does not have to enter DC name. It is filled in by the system.

Company

DCAdmin selects company using Company Picker feature provided.

 

Address

Address of the SEZ

 

City

DCAdmin fills city/village/district name whatever applicable. It is free text and no master list is provided.

 

State

DCAdmin selects from list of options available.

State list is taken from government site.

Pincode

Pincode of area.

 

Phone

Admin users can use the Maintain User feature to add a new user, modify an existing user or search for user(s).

Admin users include –

o   DCAdmin

o   UnitAdmin

 

1.4.1.                 MOCAdmin

MOC admin is an auto generated user login. Login credentials of MOCAdmin user are already present in the system. There is only one MOC admin in the system.

MOCAdmin user fills in following information for adding new

Unique user id for DC user will be entered by MOCAdmin. System will not allow creation of user(s) with same ids.

User Id is alphanumeric. Maximum length accepted is 11 characters. User will login to the system with this User Id.

Phone No of the user. The three textboxes for phone no capture country code, zone code and phone no respectively.

Role(s) that MOCAdmin can assign to the new DC user. In this case the only available option is  -

Status

Status of the user. The options available are- 

-       Locked

-       Unlocked

 

Assign DC

MOCAdmin assigns DC to DCAdmin user created. Only single assignment is possible.

DCAdmin can select DSC option for DC user if the user has digital signature.

 

                *Roles for the DC user are not assigned here.

This is the digital signature certificate serial number. It is an alphanumeric field.

User will enter an authenticated number

DSC Issue Date

Issue date of the certificate.

Certificate Authority

Authority that issued the certificate to the user. This is a drop down list.

The feature is provided to DCAdmin user. DCAdmin can set up role hierarchy which will handle a request type for an SEZ. The SEZ should belong to that particular DC. The table gives a field level description for Create Role Hierarchy screen.

2.1. Reset Password

User can change his password using this feature. User fills in following information on Change Password screen. This feature is given to all users –MOC/DC/Unit

Old Password

User enters his old password.

 

New Password

User enters new password.

Password entered by user can have alphabets and numbers with at least one capital letter. Minimum password length is 8 characters and maximum 15.

Confirm Password

User re-enters the password. This has to exactly match ‘New Password’

 

Hint Question for Resetting Password

User selects a Hint Question from the available list of hint questions. This is a dropdown.

 

Answer to Hint Question

User enters appropriate answer for the Hint Question.

 

 

2.2. Forgot Password                                                                                        Go To Top

User can reset his password in case he has forgotten his current password. For that user will have to      enter the following details for verification after which he will allowed to change password. This feature is given to all users –MOC/DC/Unit

Answer to Hint Question

User enters answer to his Hint Question.

 

On successful verification of above details user is directed to Change Password screen.

Old Password

User enters his old password.

 

New Password

User enters new password.

Password entered by user can have alphabets and numbers with at least one capital letter. Minimum password length is 8 characters and maximum 15.

Confirm New Password

User re-enters the new password. This has to exactly match ‘New Password’

 

 

2.3. Edit Profile                                                                                                  Go To Top        

User can change only specific details on his profile. The table gives a field level description for Edit Profile screen. This feature is given to all users –MOC/DC/Unit

First time user needs to fill details on the registration page so that he can use the services of SEZOnline system. The table gives a field level description for New User Registration screen.
